| Course: | Participants will complete a 400 yard swim in the AquaPlex, a 15.5 mile bike ride on the Ozark Mountain High Road and finish up with a 5K (3.1 mile) run down and back on Branson Hills Parkway. |

Ages 7-8 will swim 50 yards, bike 1 mile and run .44 mile. Ages 9-10 will swim 100 yards, bike 2 miles and run .93 mile. Ages 11-12 will swim 100 yards, bike 3 miles, run 1.42 miles. Swim will be in the RecPlex pool, Bike will be around the Track and the Run will take place on the Soccer Fields. |
